Founded by James, whose classic techniques were shaped over decades in the kitchen, Crumb began as a place rooted in patience, precision, and respect for the process. Those early foundations still guide everything we make today. The bakery is now led by his daughter Poppy.
Crumb has grown into a modern bakery with an artistic point of view. Poppy brings a fresh perspective to the work by blending timeless methods with contemporary design, seasonal flavors, and an intuitive approach to baking.
